Before opening his own snack bar in Gatineau, Chuck worked as a saucier at the prestigious Château Montebello, one of Canada’s most renowned hotels.

That’s where he perfected his culinary techniques, homemade sauces and passion for hearty cuisine.

Today, he brings this expertise to a simple, comforting and well-executed menu: decadent poutines, homemade burgers, hot-dogs and classic Québec snack bar staples.
